2nd round: National finals

In this Round, the best 10 teams from each country will compete to be the best team for their country.
 

What you need to deliver as a team


You will comprehend your ideas from the 1st round and present these in front of the country top management jury. More information will follow once you are part of the winners of the first round (ie one of the top ten teams).

 

Method of delivery


A 10 minute presentation of your project in front of the national top level management followed by a question & answer session.

 

 

How will we support you?


Starting from round 2 every team will be supported by a personal mentor. Your mentor will be from the country management either working for the business unit Cosmetics / Toiletries or Laundry & Home Care. Once you reached the second round, your personal mentor will contact you in time. Henkel management helping you


 

How will Henkel evaluate you and your work?


Each team will get personal feedback on how Henkel has evaluated their presentations.
Creativity, presentation skills, teamwork during the presentation will be part of the evaluation criteria.


 

Timing?


The timing will be arranged in each country individually. You can expect to present your projects between the end of March and the first week of April. You will be informed by each HR country contact about time and venue in due course.

 

 

What’s next?


Henkel will select the best team from every country which proceeds to the finals in Brussels.  There you need to stand up to the competing teams in front of an international Henkel top management team.

 

 

Wild Card:


In addition to the 11 national winning teams, a 12th team has a second chance to proceed to the international finals by a public internet voting. So do not surrender but rather strive for the international finals by telling all your friends and fellow students to vote for your video. Learn more about the Wildcard
