Henkel Innovation Challenge 5
Winning teams and ideas:
1st place: China Cheung Hoi Fai and Sun Yi
The idea: Loctite Watts, an application of nanotechnology into Adhesive Technologies. Using an electronic device with Loctite Watts applied between its components, it's possible to convert heat waste energy into useful power. With the application of nanotechnology, Loctite Watts is a seamless energy recycler.
2nd place: Croatia Filip Degoricija and Matija Jakšić
The idea: Persil Foil, a quick stain remover. The foil has active ingredients for extraordinary and quick stain removal. It is easy to use and portable, designed to have it always with you to remove unexpected stain.
3rd place: France Bola Nam and Myriam Pille
The idea: Cleansphere, an innovative dust-catching system. The system is powered by a photovoltaic panel. Using static electricity, cleansphere catches all the particles of dust floating in the air. These particles stick to a biodegradable wipe that is clipped in the device.

Henkel Innovation Challenge 2
Winning teams and ideas:
1st place: The Netherlands Marin Schuerman, Sepopo Attiogbe and Wibe van de Vijver
The idea: Persilair, a revolutionary concept of Laundry & Home Care. It's a small bottle of ecological friendly gas, connected to the washing machine. This gas makes it possible to wash without using any water.
2nd place: Spain Carlos E. Crespo, Ilias Pantelakis and David van Damme
The idea: Henkel Evolution Program, to provide cities with fresh air. It's a special detergent to be sprayed on the streets to capture accumulated dirt: it prevents diseases and provide the city with clean air.
3rd place: Turkey Yilmaz Can Akbulut, Can Kalafat and Ali Caner Türkmen
The idea: DermOne, an innovative cream containing nano-particles; once the cream has been applied to the face, the nano-particels can rearrange themselves in a few seconds to create the desired make-up style. Just take a picture of your face and select a different make-up styles on a special mobile application. The nano-particles will rearrange quickly according with your selection and the make-up will appear on your face.
3rd place: Italy Giulia Cacciatore, Carlo Alberto Dall'Amico and Barbara Colombo
The idea: Dixsand, a creative concept of detergents. This foam detergent can dry stains, thus, no water is needed for cleaning and the environment won't be contaminated by using it.
3rd place: Jolien van Bogaert, Lara Spaan and Irmin Leen
The idea: Catch Patch, an inventive product for body odour. By pasting a small, sticky patch in your arm pit all sweat will be absorbed. A nice smell will be spread while interacting with body heat. This product is invisible and can be removed by water.

Henkel Innovation Challenge 3
Winning teams and ideas:
1st place: Germany Matthias Mittelsten Scheid, Tim Brüggemann
The idea: Terra BioNet, a new biodegradable surface cleaner with long-lasting active bacteria. It cleans all kinds of surfaces and thanks to its long-lasting bacteria, there is no need of regular cleaning any more.
2nd place: Austria Agnieszka Gardocka, Adna Kapic
The idea: Silan, the first softener in form of a spray. Spraying the new Silan on clothes makes ironing redundant, thus energy and time will be saved.
3rd place: Poland Beata Bogusz, Paweł Korneta and Piotr Świtała
FAscination, a future version of the actual "Fa". It is a deodorant that works like a personal air conditioner by bringing the perceived body temperature to a comfortable level.

Winning teams and ideas:
1st place: Poland Anna Szpot & Anna Szarecka
Persil Oxygen, a new laundry concept: it's a special cleaning bag. Laundry can be done in total ecological compatibility just hanging your clothes in the wardrobe in a kind of clothes bag.
2nd place: France Louis-Alban and Yuanhang
The idea: Bref nanofish, an innovative cleaning system. Nano-robots collect dirt at home and this generates the necessary energy for next cleaning. The process can be controlled by your mobile phone.
3rd place: Turkey Mehnaz Ece, Nazlı and Buğra
The idea: Diadermine ProTECHno, a new-concept skin cream. This cream protects people from harmful radiations and prevents them from techno-diseases. It lasts for seven days, has three lines for women, men, and children.
