Become the business development manager of Adhesives Technologies, Beauty Care or Laundry & Home Care! Create an innovative product or technology for an existing Henkel brand in the future and triple the value you create by contributing to sustainable development in the Henkel focal areas. In this phase, selected teams in each country present their concept to a Henkel top-level management jury, during a national or regional semi-final.
- Each team's presentation is limited to 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes of questions
- All presentations must be prepared on PowerPoint and are held in English
The one winning team of each semi-final is invited to participate in an exciting 3-day international final at the global HQ in Germany. The exact dates of the semi-finals will be communicated by the local HR managers.
